After beginning his career as a union ironworker, Todd joined Zell Builders and has spent more than 40 years building a reputation for quality, integrity, and hands on leadership. Today, he directs the company's operations while remaining actively involved in every phase of each project, from preconstruction planning and estimating through construction and final completion. Todd believes that successful projects are built long before construction begins. Kimberly Correia joined Zell Builders in September 2001 and has become an integral member of the company's leadership team.
