Today, under the leadership of second-generation owner Todd M. Zell, Zell Builders continues to build upon the values established by founder Jon Zell more than 50 years ago. Although Todd serves as President, the company remains very much a family business. He works alongside his brothers, Eric, Brett, and Aaron, whose combined experience, leadership, and craftsmanship help define the quality and reputation that Zell Builders is known for today. Together, they believe successful projects are built long before construction begins through careful planning, collaboration, and a proactive approach to solving challenges before they become problems.
